As a military spouse, I love working with other military spouses, service members, and military families because it feels like working with “my community”.

I’m JoAnna, and I help individuals, couples, and families find better coping mechanisms in order to manage stress and anxiety with military life.

As a military spouse, I get how stressful moves, workups, and deployments can be. It’s hard to readjust and rebuild your life all the time. This is why I help my clients learn to incorporate concrete strategies such as deep breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation techniques to reduce stress and be less overwhelmed in all the chaos.

I also help my clients prioritize their personal self-care instead of just focusing on the kids and keeping everything together for the family. Sometimes prioritizing yourself starts with good sleep, having a balanced diet, and regular exercise. ​ We’ll find out what helps together. Through positive lifestyle changes that prioritize your needs, you can decrease the stress, and find more peace and enjoyment again.
